Happy to find a reliable mechanic shop close to home. Especially during hunting season when my hubby is too busy to work on vehicles.
Donald O'Connor14:51 26 Dec 22Only place I know locally that can service custom wheels and tires .Had a nail in tire ,they did a great job with that repair and I had a rotation done aswell .When I got my vehicle back there was damage to one of wheels and a stud was damaged. 7 spline lugs not supposed to remove or install them with an impact . When I brought all these issues to there attention all heard was excuses ,they did not want to assume any responsibility even tho I brought my vehicle in with no issues or damage . I meticulously clean my wheels and tires so I know if they are damaged or not , they were perfectly fine before they handled them .I was in and out of there shop so they could look at everything ,last I heard they would look at they cameras. Never heard a word from them after that . Watch out for insults from management, they don't put the same value of your property as you do .Check your vehicle before you leave !

But they constantly over promise and under deliver. If they say an hour it’ll be 2. Every time I chose to stay and not come back for the vehicle it takes considerably longer. The pricing is mid range not the highest or cheapest in the area but they seem to always have stock even for odd sizes. 6 years I have been going here and still wish they could sort out their timing and provide a reasonable expectation for their customers. Easier to navigate proper expectations than to over promise just to get the business and leave the customer with a bad taste when they leave.
Joe Cook01:03 24 Nov 22im super impressed and feel blessed. by the helpful folks at this shop. we were in the area, picking up my 2005 ford f150 from a guy that replaced shocks tierods etc. when i left the place it would barely drive. so the guy adjusted the alignment by eye and sent me on my way. and i live about an hr away.so i called ntb cause they were close and they didn't answer the phone. then i called here at center tire and he said if i get here soon they could fit me in. now mind you this is the day before thanksgiving about an hr before closing and they had a room filled with customers.i cant give enough compliments to this place. there desk folks and all there mechanics were kind professional and on it busy. especially the mechanic that picked up my truck. although i didn't catch his name, he was a godsend!!when i was checking out. they gave me the print off of the alignment. he said i cant believe you made it here. i looked at the adjustment's i noticed many factors out of range. also the drive home was a breeze.me and my family thank you guys!!!! happy thanksgiving and merry Christmas as well!

Stephenie Lewis17:15 09 Aug 22The boss likes to take advantage of young females, I went in for a front alignment only on my car, the boss was working on the back wheels when he didn’t need too, and broke a few bolts and struts part of the control arms, he admitted to breaking them he said he can fix it or welded it back together. It would be unsafe welded so He fixed it. He then tried charging me $250 for parts and labor for something he admittedly broke. He then processed to keep my keys from me and wouldn’t let me leave I was there from 1-7pm sitting there, I called the police, thankfully I got my keys back. Terrible experience and service very untrustworthy people

Michael Lynch20:30 26 Mar 22This place is a life saver! One of very few shops in the Pittsburgh area that was actually able to do an alignment and tire rotation on a RAM 3500 Dually. Not to mention they also fit me in SAME DAY! Highly recommend.
Andy B20:58 25 Mar 22Called center tire to ask about 4 tires they had them, I told them I had wheels off car and can bring just the wheels and tires to have new tires mounted...he said he can get to them a couple minutes after I show up...I show up he says lean tires on wall and we will get them in about 5 min... 40 min later tires are still there, I take them back and put in my truck, drove couple miles up the road to Smileys tire and he had the tires and took them in immediately, I was out of there in 10 minutes, amazing service at Smileys tire and great price also.....I will never try another tire shop again, center exit has terrible service....

adam corak03:08 04 Mar 22Went in for inspection, they failed it and basically said the whole front end needed repaces, quoted 800 not including a part they had to can the dealership about.... I took it to another very reputable national owned shop and had a second look. And it passed inspection... will never go here again, plus it was over 2 hour wait with an appointment... rip off liars and waste of time.
Steph Spang23:50 20 Nov 21Center exit tire is an excellent place w tire selection at fair price and availability and helpful staff.I had my car inspection at different mechanic and found out my threadwear at 3 and alignment is off. That mechanic quoted me $1,200. Costco needs 10 days for tire order, sams club has a set for $800 and appointment 8 days later. Also both Costco and sams don't do alignment.I called center tires, drove over. A few hours later, im out the door a happy customer. Total cost $668 for tires and alignment. Thanks for fitting me in.

They took my car in and put on a used tire even though they were working on other cars. My car did not get a head of any one else's but they worked over to take care of my issue. I work in Monaca but live in Lawrence County and will be moving my business to them for their courtesy, professionalism and prompt action. I couldn't be more impressed with them and thank them for their help!

Doug Nedzesky23:16 16 Jun 21Im sold! I made the mistake of buying wheels from an online vendor. The tires that came with them were too small(literally an inch off the ground). I stopped down today at 11am to see if it was possible to go bigger on the tires without rubbing. Everyone i spoke to was extremely nice. I got a call at 6 saying that the cars done. After checking it out, I could not be happier with the fitment. These guys are spot on and have great prices. Highly recommend!

Lori McCowin20:22 07 May 21Called in the morning to make an appointment and was told, "first come first serve". When I brought the car in to wait for service I heard multiple people come in with appointment times. I needed an inspection as well as emissions, knowing that I would need at least 2 new tires. I was told I needed all 4. When inspection was complete, it failed. I needed new back brakes, license plate lights and a running light to pass. I ok'd the additional services to pass inspection immediately. About 3 hours wait later a young man approached me and told me it would be 20 more minutes. An hour passed and I asked if I could pay to get it out of the way and I was told they didn't have the final bill and "it's almost done". I've yet to test drive it to give my final rating but blame myself for not arriving earlier for service, appointment or not. Hopefully the wait and the cost was worth it. Final rating to be announced!

When mounting and balancing my snowtires yesterday for a great price, they placed each of my still-good, all-season radials in a plastic bag to keep the inside of my van clean. Seem to have a very good stock of tires. Plenty of parking and just up the hill off the Center exit (of course!) of 376. It's a short walk to McDonald's if you need a bite to eat while waiting.

jordan plevel14:25 04 Aug 20Brought my 2015 Mustang GT for two front tire exchange, when I left there was compound all over each each rim (I cleaned the compound off before taking pictures). As you can see in picture 3, there is old 3M tape residue from the weights and some scratches that'll need buffed out!I do realize this isn't Ford or a high-end shop, but I do wish they would of cleaned up the mess of compound residue and at least used black wheel weights.Overall, not terrible service, just wish they would pay more attention to detail on Muscle and Sports cars.
